All my dresses are made to order unless otherwise stated. My current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. All the items in my shop are handmade and are not mass manufactured. Please contact me for availability regarding rush delivery.
What speed of shipping do you offer?
All items weighing under 16 oz will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders weighing over 16 oz will be sent USPS Priority Mail by default. If you choose Priority Shipping at check out, this DOES NOT decrease the turn around time, it merely increases your shipping speed. If you need to rush you order for an additional fee, please contact me.
Please understand that once the package has left my hands, it is literally out of my hands. I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or mistakes by the USPS.
Can I receive my order faster than 2-3 weeks?

What is your return/exchange policy?
When you are happy, I am happy! If you happen to get something that does not meet your needs or taste, you can return the product in original packaging in a new, unwashed and unworn state within 7 days of receiving. Once I have inspected the item and it is acceptable, I will refund your purchase minus shipping.
If you need to exchange a size, I am happy to do that as long as the item is in new condition. Same terms apply as with returns above.
I do not accept returns on custom items unless there is an error made by me. I am human, but I go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of!
