Everybody wins with this dress!
When we put it to a vote in 2 different ways, both colors won and so here we are with both options! This dress has a fully lined knit bodice with over the shoulder ruffles. It has 3/4 sleeves and a full floral skirt. The skirt is trimmed in a periwinkle blue ruffle bringing the whole look together!
Choose from the bubblegum pink bodice or the periwinkle blue.
