I love this color of blue! The periwinkle knit top is such a pretty color you will fall in love with it too! The top features a floral bib detailing trimmed in picot and finished with 2 red buttons. The skirt is breezy and twirly with its fun floral ruffle. It is all accented with bold red picot all the way around!
The shorts are knit as well with an attached elastic waistband. They are banded at the hem.
